These terms apply when you use the Nest & Oat website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping policy, our Return and refund policy and our Privacy policy.

About us

Nest & Oat is an online store based in New Zealand, selling maternity and nappy bags. You can contact us at info@nestandoat.co.nz.

Your consumer rights

If you are buying as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If you are buying for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, to the extent the law allows.

Products

We describe and photograph our bags as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes and weights are approximate.

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
